  • Gatwick Cambridge Hotel accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss of property. All vehicles and their contents are left entirely at the owners’ risk.
  • Gatwick Cambridge Hotel will not be made responsible for any dust or dirt left on your car whilst it is parked on our premises.
  • Please note that on return from your holiday, your car may have a flat tyre or flat battery. These are common problems and we are happy to help you get back on the road, but under no circumstances will we accept any liability for these problems as we do not operate any electrics inside the vehicles, including lights, nor do we drive them on surfaces where there may be sharp objects when moving your car to and from our on-site compound.
  • We take pride in keeping our on-site car park safe and secure, we are manned 24/7 and have CCTV in place.
  • You, as the cars registered keeper are required to complete a registration formproviding key details of the vehice you wish to leave with us. This includes any necessary vehicle keys, car codes and special requests.
  • Gatwick Cambridge Hotel is proud to operate a no-smoking policy throughout the hotel and we thank you in advance for keeping the site smoke-free. Any guest found to be smoking will automatically be fined £50.
  • I hereby authorise the Cambridge Hotel Gatwick to debit my card with any sums I owe that are not settled on departure.
  • Cambridge cannot accept non-standard sized vehicles such as LWB Vans, Camper Vans, Pick up cars/trucks and commercial vehicles. Be aware that the Cambridge reserve rights to refuse the parking for this vehicle even if there is an existing booking and you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • The seats, mirrors and steering wheel, will be adjusted according our drivers needs and we cannot bring it back at the original position.
  • The service is unable to accommodate oversize luggage and also Bike, Bike boxes, Snowboards, or any Ski equipment.
  • The mini bus operates on a first come, first served basis.
  • PLEASE ENSURE YOU PROVIDE A CHECK IN TIME, SO WE CAN ALLOCATE A PLACE ON OUR SHUTTLE SERVICE. UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SELECTED TRANSFER TIME WILL BE AVAILABLE. YOU NEED TO BE AT OUR RECEPTION 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR CHOSEN TRANSFER TIME, IN ORDER FOR YOU TO COMPLETE OUR GUEST CHECK IN FORM.
  • • SOUTH TERMINAL BUS STOP NUMBER 9 • NORTH TERMINAL BUS STOP NUMBER 12 Please ensure you provide the correct arrival time and date. If you arrive earlier than the given time/date, you potentially will have to wait for a member of staff to move your car from the compound. Our staff are not based on site and work set hours- you may have to wait up to 12 hours to retrieve your car. 
  • Please note that with regret the shuttle service cannot accommodate mobility scooters on shuttle bus.
